Our Response to COVID-19

To our Northtown Honda Customers and Family,
We want to make sure our customers and associates remain safe during these extraordinary, ever-changing times.  The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has had an impact on us all.  We know purchasing a vehicle or having your car serviced is not a high priority.  We want you to know we are here for you and have taken steps to do whatever we can to assist you and your family with your vehicle needs.

Due to New York State requirements:
All customers must now wear a cloth face covering, such as a fabric mask, scarf, or bandana, over their mouth while visiting any Northtown locations.

VEHICLE SALES - Due to New York State requirements, our showroom will remain closed. Automotive sales are required to be conducted remotely or electronically, with in-person vehicle return and delivery per CDC guidelines and by appointment only.

For your protection and that of our associates, we have taken the following steps within the service areas of our stores:
• We've implemented an increased cleaning schedule of our facilities to include sanitizing door handles, counters, chairs as well as using disinfecting wipes in vehicles several times a day.  
• Our associates are practicing social distancing and are committed to good hygiene including frequent hand washing and cleaning their work areas multiple times.
• Any associates are eliminating nonessential travel and have been instructed to stay home if they do not feel well.  Employees are only allowed to return to work when symptom free or with a doctor's note.  They are to report any suspected exposure to COVID-19.

We're prepared to provide needed service to accommodate you during these trying times.  In accordance with the current New York State policy, we're able to provide you with:

SERVICE* - We are available to assist with your vehicle service needs during our new service hours. 
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. | Wednesday & Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

COLLISION* - We are available to assist with your collision needs Monday through Saturday.  Please call 716-614-1900. 

PARTS - We are available to assist with your automotive parts needs during our Service Department hours.  Please reach out to our Parts Department by phone at 716-923-2100 or you can submit your parts request HERE.

*For the safety of our customers, our main priority will continue to be cleansing, disinfecting and practicing social distancing at all of our facilities.  Vehicles brought in for service or collision will have their dash, steering wheel, console and all surface spaces sanitized at the conclusion of your vehicle's service.
